Thank you for choosing PodHaus Podiatry as your trusted provider of foot and ankle care. We’re grateful for your support and are committed to delivering professional, compassionate, and effective treatment for every patient, every time.
To help us continue providing high-quality care, we kindly ask that all patients take a moment to review and agree to the following practice policies:

Arriving on Time

We value your time and strive to run appointments promptly. Please ensure you arrive at your scheduled time to allow for a full consultation. Occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen clinical circumstances. If we are running late, we will keep you informed and offer to reschedule if needed.

Cancellation Policy – 24 Hours’ Notice Required

– We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, if you are unable to attend your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may need it. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, will incur a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the appointment. Future appointments may also require prepayment.

Prepaid Appointments

Patients who have previously missed appointments without notice will be asked to prepay for future bookings. Prepaid appointments are refundable or transferable only when rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Our Commitment to You

If your experience at PodHaus Podiatry did not meet your expectations, we want to know. Please reach out to us within 7 days of your appointment. Our clinic owner, Sadhbh McCarthy, will personally follow up to discuss and resolve any concerns. Your feedback helps us continually improve.

Payment Options

Full payment is expected on the day of your appointment. If you're experiencing financial difficulty, we understand. Please speak to our reception team about payment plan options, we’re here to help.

Block Booking Policy

We encourage block booking where appropriate to support your treatment plan and ensure continuity of care. Booking your appointments in advance helps secure your preferred times and increases the success of your treatment. These appointments can be rescheduled as needed and do not require advance payment.
